At TSOC, we're dedicated to spreading confusion, peer pressure, and surprises to your miserable wetbags through our unique teaspoons of cement and hand written cards. As our Teaspoons of Cement are something not returnable and exchangeable, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our product.

Exceptions:

In the rare event that an order is not delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will issue a refund automatically.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days once the returned parcel is received and processed by our team.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled within 12 hrs hours of purchase before they are processed for shipping. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
